Algeria – The President of the Forum of Business Leaders (FCE), Ali Haddad said Saturday in Algiers, the file filed last June by the FCE at the level of the Ministry of Labor, the Employment and Social Security, with the aim of turning the forum into a trade union "was not rejected and meets no obstacles".
"The forum is anxious to act in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Algerian state," he said in a statement to the press, on the sidelines of the launch of the fourth edition of the solidarity operation of the Forum "a binder for the future", on the occasion of the new school year.
Haddad said, in this sense, that the FCE had filed a comprehensive file, at the level of the Ministry of Labor, last June 14, to turn the forum into a union. This file "has not been refused and does not encounter any obstacles, because this type of approval involves the taking of procedures that require time," he said.
Haddad also stated that "the Forum called on the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelaziz Bouteflika, to stand for a new presidential term and he will support him in this process, given the achievements made by the Algeria in all fields, under his leadership ".
The head of the FCE reiterated "the Forum's support for the appeal launched by the President of the Republic" on the occasion of the National Day of the Mujahid (August 20), for the construction of a front popular solid to ensure stability. He said, at the same time, having "raised this issue with the secretary general of the party of the National Liberation Front (FLN), Djamel Ould Abbes and will meet him and a number of political parties soon," noting that the FCE "supports anyone aspiring to the building of Algeria".
