Thus, the Ministry of Finance has just decided that elected officials whose job is entrepreneur will no longer be able to access public markets. Moreover, if their children are bidding on any project, they should not be part of the various commissions charged with these contracts.

This prohibition also applies to former employees of the CPA (who have resigned or retired).

Thus, according to the daily Ennahar, which reports this information, Wednesday, August 8, this instruction was intended for the 1541 municipalities of the country.
