Algeria – A patient hospitalized at the Public Hospital Establishment (EPH) Boufarik died today, Tuesday, August 28, reports Ennahar TV.
The deceased had been transferred from Ain Defla Hospital after suffering symptoms of Cholera, the source said.
In addition to the symptoms of the epidemic, this woman with Down syndrome also suffered from kidney failure. With this new death, the cholera toll in Algeria rose to 3 deaths, all recorded at the Boufarik hospital.
As a reminder, about thirty people left the same hospital yesterday after completely cured Cholera, while 75 people suspected of having cholera were still hospitalized, pending the results of the Pasteur Institute.
