Algeria – A thematic think tank for the Algerian diaspora was launched Saturday in Paris. A framework of exchange of views and commitment of the members of the Algerian community established in France vis-à-vis their country.
Inaugurated at the headquarters of the Algerian Embassy in France, the Cercle Saint-Augustin began its first thematic meeting with the academic and scientific world, attended by more than fifty teachers, researchers, leaders of scientific laboratories and a group of Algerian students, in the presence of the professor and former Minister of National Education, Ahmed Djebbar and the world-famous astrophysicist Tahar Amari
Ambassador Abdelkader Mesdoua from the outset explained the objectives of this think tank that will soon meet similar meetings with different themes, stating that the choice of St. Augustine in the appointment of the circle obeys messages delivered by this Algerian philosopher and theologian of peace, tolerance and living together
"It's a circle that has no guardian, it belongs to the members of the diaspora. It is a framework for reflection, networking, engagement that will make it possible to establish bridges with Algeria that needs you, "said the ambassador.
