Algeria – A Memorandum of Understanding was signed on Thursday in Bucharest between Algeria and Romania, aimed at establishing a framework for developing programs in the field of relations with parliament, able to promote relations of friendship, through the creation of common areas of cooperation and the development of specialized programs by experts from both countries, said a statement from the ministry.

Signed on the occasion of the working visit made by the Minister of Relations with Parliament, Mahdjoub Bedda in Bucharest (Romania), the memorandum of understanding deals with "parliamentary studies, the procedures for the elaboration of legal rules and coordination of relations between the executive power and the parliament ".

M.Bedda met with his Romanian counterpart with whom he reviewed the state of bilateral relations, particularly in the field of relations with parliament, the same source concluded.
