Algeria: Minister of Housing, Urbanism and City, Abdelwahid Temmar announced the delivery of the decisions of allocation of commercial premises under the Office of promotion and real estate management (OPGI) of Bir-Mourad-Raïs (Algiers), the largest part of which was distributed for disabled people.
This commercial distribution operation was carried out in a "progressive" manner, Temmar said.
To this end, Mr. Temmar indicated that "until June 2018 nearly 6,480 premises under the OPGI, 2,902 under the AADL and 2,854 the National Real Estate Development Company (ENPI) ) were progressively distributed under this program, stating that the priority of this distribution operation is given to utilities.
This initiative falls within the framework of the program of the President of the Republic, Abdelaziz Bouteflika aiming at a better social integration of this fringe of vulnerable population, argued the minister.
