At the call of opponent and unfortunate candidate in the presidential elections of Mali Soumaïla Cissé, more than 5000 people marched Saturday in Bamako to contest the re-election of incumbent President Ibrahim Boubacar Keïta (IBK).

The demonstrators were framed without incident by the police. Marches were also organized in the provinces and abroad, according to the Cisse camp.

As a reminder, President Ibrahim Boubacar Keïta obtained 67.16% of the vote in the second round, held on August 12 in progress, for 32.84% to Soumaïla Cissé, a former Finance Minister of 68 years. rejected by the opposition candidate Soumaila Cissé.
