27 non-drinking water sources have been discovered (video)


Algeria – The Director of the Pasteur Institute, Zoubir Harrat, revealed today, Tuesday, September 04, 2018, that 27 water sources containing non-drinking water have been discovered.

The Institut Pasteur worked in cooperation with several organizations, including the National Institute of Public Health (INSP) and other institutions affiliated to the Ministry of Water Resources, to find the source of the cholera epidemic, through analysis of the waters of unguarded springs, said Mr. Harrat.

This effort has, moreover, paid off and allowed the Institut Pasteur to discover 27 non-drinking water sources.

"Between 39 water sources that have been controlled, 27 sources contain non-potable water," he added.
