North Korea has begun dismantling infrastructure at its main satellite launch base, which is seen as a test site for its intercontinental ballistic missiles, according to recent footage analyzed by experts on Monday (July 23rd).


If confirmed, information from respected website 38 North, a North Korean surveillance group based in Washington, could be a step forward after historic summit on June 12 between North Korean leader Kim Jong Un and President Donald Trump. But some scholars have questioned the importance of these operations.
